German Speaking Client Success Manager (remote)

Responsibilities

  • Convert Leads to Clients
  • Retain/Upsell Clients
  • Communicate with clients (calls, chats, e-mails) in accordance with the existing high-quality standards
  • Coordinate efforts with all the adjacent departments
  • Report regularly to the head of the department

Requirements

  • Native or Fluent German
  • Fluent English (Upper Intermediate or higher)
  • Experience in Fin-Tech or Crypto
  • Phone sales experience
  • Knowledge of Blockchain and Cryptomarkets
