How to withdraw crypto
You can withdraw crypto funds by transferring them to an existing crypto wallet.
For European Union clients, you can withdraw crypto to a bank account via SEPA credit transfer.

What is the minimum withdrawal amount?
You must transfer a minimum of 50 USDT (or the equivalent in another cryptocurrency). If the amount is less than 50 USDT, the money won't be credited to your account. Learn more on the Fees and Limits page.
Why is the withdrawal request being processed manually?
In some cases, additional checks are required for such withdrawal requests. These checks are done to ensure the security of our clients' funds in their accounts. The reasons and a detailed breakdown of the process for these checks cannot be published in the interests of keeping these checks secure.
We ask for your understanding and want to assure you that we do not aim to limit the speed of withdrawing clients' funds. Instead, we strive to provide the highest security when working with our company.

Withdrawal requests can be processed manually on StormGain and other platforms. It is a common security practice. Other platforms may have a different name for it.

Requests processed manually take a little longer than usual. We cannot set an exact timeframe for when a withdrawal request will be processed.
How can I find the wallet address when transferring to a third-party platform?
You can find the wallet address on the platform you made the transfer to. We recommend that you contact the third-party's support team for more details.
