All change again the in crypto sphere as Ether and BTC give back earlier gains

The earlier session rebound that saw Bitcoin briefly reclaim levels above 50k and Ether rise back above 4,200 have both now blown out. BTC is back underneath 48k again and Ether is closing in on 4000 for a second time today. Since rebounding to as high as 4,230 after the US inflation data, the price has now fallen very close to setting a new session low underneath 4000 and it looks like needing a miracle right now to avoid a drop below that noted 4k support level. In fact, it has just now printed a new low on the day at 3,999. Its trying to bounce right now, but this latest price action does not particularly bode well for the weekend and the prospect of yet another one of those twilight hour meltdowns.
