Bitcoin back below 58k as Ether holds gains and Stellar charges higher
The breakout move in Stellar lumens (XLMUSD) is extending further this morning as the price rises to session highs near $0.77. The move higher there comes as Ether holds its gains above $4000 this morning, but Bitcoin is feeling the heat once again. The lead cryptocurrency has just now fallen back below that well worn 58k level. The simple reason is due to the markets seeking value elsewhere. Most recently that has seen Ether grab the yellow jersey, but for sure in pure percentage terms so far today it has been Stellar that has grabbed all the largest gains. The drop back below 58k in Bitcoin could extend, particularly if there is any kind of relapse in the other two just mentioned. The weekend low at 56,350 is the obvious first point of interest should this current downside move extend. Bitcoin is currently trading at 57,820
