Bitcoin is trading lower this afternoon. That is clear at odds with the most recent dynamic of the lead cryptocurrency often tracking the path of the EUR/USD. Well, as far as today is concerned they have both traded in totally opposite directions. The move lower in Bitcoin this afternoon is leading a number of other leading coins lower with it too. So far Bitcoin has traded to as low as 17,914, but it had been struggling to make any headway all day and heading steadily lower since 8am GMT this morning. The immediate risk would appear to lie with a potential break below the low reached yesterday, when the price fell to as low as 17,644. Bitcoin is currently trading at 17,955
