Bitcoin lifts above 14k again

Earlier today, as reported here this morning, Bitcoin rose above 14,000 again during the Asian session, to as high as 14,074. It later fell back with the US equity markets, to as low as 13,545. Since then the price has been rebounding again and right now it is pressing back close to that 14k level once again. The prospect of a break to fresh interim highs is certainly live if it can surpass 14,074 and then beyond the weekend high which was set at 14,087. Now the earlier high today coupled with that price point does also set up the prospect of a short term double top defining the upper end of the latest price action. Consequently, that might eventually deliver further downside if those upper levels cannot be surpassed. However, a clear break above 14,100 could open a path to the next level that was noted here last week. That is in place at around 15,300. In fact Bitcoin has just now risen back above 14,000, currently trading at 14,040
