Bitcoin rally stalls ahead the next target level

In an earlier update on Bitcoin yesterday the next important upside target was identified. That was the June 26 2019 high which is in place at 13,851. Late yesterday evening as Bitcoin was falling back below 13,000 it seemed a rather remote prospect that this level would be back on the radar in the immediate future. Well, guess what? It most certainly has been this evening as the price extended its new found gains to post another fresh 2020 high today. The move above 13,400 was reported on here earlier, and since then its been onwards and upwards for the lead cryptocurrency. Bitcoin has just now lifted above 13,750, to set a new 2020 high at 13,770. That level is just shy of that next important target/resistance level at 13,851. That might even get reached before the next update on Bitcoin here tomorrow. That remains to be seen of course, but meantime the price has just dropped back from that earlier 13,770 high, as the US equity markets come under a degree of selling pressure. The European futures are lower too as the DAX in particular now approaches 12,000 to the downside. Hence, if the US equity markets continue lower this evening, then it is entirely possible that Bitcoin has reached its high for the session too. Bitcoin is just now trading at 13,605
