Bitcoin reclaims 19k in weekend trading

It was noted here on Friday that the price action on Bitcoin was pivotal around 18k with 17,500 to 18,500 essentially covering the range. Bitcoin was struggling for direction into the close on Friday, but it started to rebound again on Saturday morning and that led the price to eventually break above 18,500 later during the day. The further move above that level on Saturday evening set up another push higher on Sunday morning. Bitcoin recaptured 19,000 and move gradually higher as the morning progressed. The high seen so far on Sunday has been set at 19,134. The price is currently edging a little lower ahead of the Asian markets reopening in around 2 hours from now. Bitcoin is trading now at 19,190
