Bitcoin reclaims 45k

The melee that unfolded in Litecoin yesterday, as reported on here at the time and again this morning, did deliver some price action across the wider crypto sphere. As mentioned here, the initial news headline helped Bitcoin to rise back above 46k. However, the subsequent fall back across the board, unravelled that move and the lead cryptocurrency fell back close to 43k as a result. Unperturbed though, it is higher again so far today, as it rebounds back above 45k again. The move has come as Ether rebounds in a similar way too, rising back above $3,300 having dropped back close to 3,100 yesterday afternoon. So far today, 44,500 to 45,400 has pretty much covered the price action on BTC and it does look rather pivotal in between 43 and 46k for the time being. Right now that is with a modestly positive bias, but of course that can soon change, if it starts to edge back below 44,500 once again. Bitcoin is currently trading at 45,450
