Bitcoin rises to session highs

The rebound in Ether as just noted in the previous update has of course been accompanied by a very similar move in Bitcoin. Yesterday the lead cryptocurrency fell back to as low as 47,098 just ahead of the wider US market close. Today it has risen back steadily, reclaiming both the 48k handle and then the 49k handle. It is yet to retake 50k, but the price action is pushing that way right now. Hence it is trying to reclaim the uptrend once again. As noted here yesterday, that appeared to fail then, but it is back for more so far today. The chart dynamic for Bitcoin is also very similar to that of Ether too, and in the case of Bitcoin; a break above 50,235 (high seen yesterday) would tend to put the upside back on track. However, it will also need to hold any such gain and move beyond the level too. At the moment it has a tailwind, but that can just as easily blow itself out again as indeed it did yesterday.
