Bitcoin rises to test 19,000

Earlier this morning it was reported here that Bitcoin had come under a degree of selling pressure during the Asian session. That pressure had taken the price close to 18k again just ahead of the European opening. This was also near the lows seen early yesterday morning during the Asian session. It was also mentioned that Bitcoin was already rebounding from that low when bouncing back above 18,350 and there was clearly good demand to buy the coin near that 18k level. Well, it has now risen further this morning and it is currently threatening to break above 19,000 for the first time in 3 Years. In fact, the price has just printed a new 3 Year high above 19k in recent trading. It is now a little lower, currently trading at 18,880
