Bitcoin slips as dollar gains and gold lurches

The recent move lower in gold which was just reported on here a few minutes ago has now encouraged a move higher again in the dollar and that has pushed the EUR/USD down to session lows nearer to 1.1750, as the GBP/USD breaks below 1.30. The move higher in the dollar and lower in gold has not been lost on Bitcoin as that now approaches session lows (11,402) and the price now drops towards 11,420. The move lower in Bitcoin will not bode well with the rest of the cryptocurrency complex if it continues to the downside. Once again the current levels are not of particular importance, but should the move extend closer to 11,100, then the market may start to get a little more nervous. That remains to be seen, but as noted here earlier; the price needs to get back above 11,700 in order to recapture the upside momentum is has enjoyed most recently.
