Bitcoin snaps weeks of relative underperformance

20 Oct, 2020

The further rise for Bitcoin this morning, as it lifts to session highs above 11,850 is further clear evidence of the lead cryptocurrency coming back to town. For weeks, if not months now, Bitcoin has been a noticeable underachiever within the crypto domain. It has been persistently outshone by several of the other majors and leading Alt coins too, but so far over the past few days it has been a top performer in relative terms as well as the actual price gain. This might define what is now a more general resurgence for the lead coin. The price this morning is also underscoring that fact too as it now rises to session highs at the same time as many of its peers are still treading water. Naturally, Bitcoin may still have some further catching up to do, but it is just now certainly doing just that. Bitcoin has just now backed off a little as it drifts back to 11,800 but it is definitely one to keep a close eye on now
