Can Ripple (XRPUSD) sustain the rebound today?

Yesterday Ripple (XRPUSD) fell back steadily after it had failed to make a break back above 0.27 at the start of the Asian session. The price fell back to as low as 0.2441 just ahead of the 4pm London FX fix. Today it has rebounded again, rising to as high as 0.2611 a few moments ago. As with other lesser coins, that rebound has been led by the majors and as such is not at all conclusive either. The current price action and chart configuration does however suggest that there might be some more upside in the tank for Ripple. That is partly due to a series of minor higher lows which is clearly visible on the short term chart today. However, and as we know, it is still prone to running into sellers each time it rebounds. That has been pattern all year so far and there is nothing to suggest that has yet changed. Hence it is doubtful; that where the current rebound leads; it will have any greater chance of being sustained than any of the previous ones. XRPUSD is currently trading at 0.2599
