Ether hits new record as BTC rises back above 68k

Following on from the previous update concerning the rise back above 68k in Bitcoin this afternoon, Ether has also made a charge higher too. In fact, its done better than that; it has now set a new all time high, rising to as high as $4,866 a little earlier on. That new record has also negated any chance of it setting a negative fractal formation this afternoon. The price is dropping back a little now as the US equity markets prepare to reopen. The moves there are currently not that negative, compared to where the futures were pricing the opening for the Dow Jones earlier today. That is rather perplexing to be honest, but since when did US stocks ever need an excuse to rise, even if it about the worst one could think of in recent times. The Dow Jones is currently now almost unchanged to where it closed last night. Meantime ETHUSD has just come off the boil a little, right now at $4,828
