Ether still unable to reclaim $2300

Yesterday even as Bitcoin fell back, Ether later took off again and the move higher accelerated right after the 4pm London FX fix. That saw Ether charge back above $2200 and towards $2300 again. However, and despite 3 attempts to get above that price level it was not successful last might or again so far today. The price stalled at 2292 late yesterday evening and again earlier today. The high seen earlier on was set at 2287. So, it is hoped that the observations here in many recent updates, about the importance of this 2300 have not been lost on the reader. Now, despite failing to climb back above 2300, the other take away is the rebound in the relative price of Ether compared to BTC. That has now seen a further recovery in favour of Ether and that comes following the news that was reported here on Tuesday. This concerns the comments from the legendary CNBC commentator, Jim Cramer; who said he prefers Ether over Bitcoin. Well, once again his remarks have sure had an impact in recent trade. Notwithstanding that, the price of ETHUSD did drop back below 2200 earlier on after stalling ahead of 2300. The low print so far has been set at 2181. However, it has rebounded from there now and is currently trading around 2,223
