Ether takes out weekend lows

The further drop back in the leading cryptocurrencies has now delivered some more downside for both BTC and Ether. Bitcoin has now dropped below 34k this morning as was deemed very likely in the last update here before that move unfolded. At the same time, Ethereum (ETHUSD) has also been hit. The second largest coin has now dropped below the low point seen over the weekend when it fell to as low as $2,302. The price has now fallen to as low as $2,255 a few moments ago. The low on BTC so far has been set at 33,579. The move lower in both comes as both the European stocks and US equity futures fall to fresh session lows and risk aversion continues to run the whole vista so far today.
