Ethereum (ETHUSD) still not taking any prisoners

Earlier today it was mentioned here; that Ethereum had taken a hit in very early Asian trading today when the price fell back to as low as $1042.23. well, it did actually form a very minor double bottom at that price level. Since then it has not looked back and the rebound today has taken the price above $1200 a short while ago. The high set so far has been at 1221.59. The price action is still incredibly rapid and unpredictable at times and it is certainly taking no prisoners when it comes to the speed and voracity of some of the moves. To state that Ether is still in play would be the understatement of the week and probably the year to date too. The rebound today is clearly having an impact elsewhere too, most notably on Bitcoin which is continuing to play second fiddle to Ether. The price has just dipped back below $1200 a few moments ago, but it is just above there right now, currently trading at 1204.50
