The fall to as low as $1042.22 on Friday for Ethereum has now given way to a new record high reached earlier today. The price rose steadily all weekend and that led to a sharper increase through 14k today. Ether reached $1475.21 earlier this morning. It did fall back from that high to below 14k again in a move that looked linked to profit taking. The price action remains incredibly rapid, as has been noted here many times in recent days. The reversal of the losses from last week in such short order is clear proof of that. The range set today so far has been covered by 13,212.20 to 1475,21. That means it has already covered more than $160, but it may not be finished with yet, remembering that most days last week it travelled more than $200 each day. ETHUSD is currently trading at 1430.20
