Ethereum trades to $1400 on Bitcoin move

The surge in Bitcoin a short while ago also helped Ethereum to move higher too. As the price of Bitcoin charged to above 37k it helped Ether to spike too. The price rose from $1300 to $1400 in about the same time as it took Bitcoin to jump almost $5000. The high set was at $1400.53. However, and even as the Bitcoin move has extended again, Ether is not extending its upside move. Naturally, that is because the move in Bitcoin was unique to itself as explained in the previous update. However, it would be naïve to assume that Ether will not rise further if the Bitcoin move continue. Indeed, that is what has just happened too as Bitcoin now lifts above 38k. Meantime, ETHUSD is a little higher from an earlier dip, but still trailing in the wake of the lead cryptocurrency. ETHUSD is currently trading at 1385.15
