Ripple off its best levels after rejecting a move above $1.30 yesterday

It has been a few days since an update here on the progress of the leading alt coin Ripple. Since then it has rebounded from a low point at $1.18, to back above $1.30 yesterday afternoon. However, it has not been able to hold the gain to as high as 1.3036. It dropped back towards 1.20 ahead of the wider US market close and of course that relapse very much tied in with a corresponding move lower in BTC, as that slipped back below 50k yesterday afternoon. Leaving the short term gyrations aside for one minute, the overall direction remains positive, but yet to test the next, noted resistance level at 1.4092. XRPUSD is currently trading at 1.2410
