Ripple spikes up and then spikes back down again

Since crumbling back below $1 earlier this week, the price of Ripple XRPUSD did manage to break a sideways price action that subsequently unfolded on Wednesday and Thursday. The spike higher today during the Asian session delivered a very sharp move to as high as $1.25 at some venues. However, that move has now been reversed equally rapidly and a short while ago it fell back below 1.10 again and in doing so, completely unwound all of the earlier gains. Now that could extend lower again, but it could also depend on what happens in the likes of BTC and Ether too. However, the more than 10% move up and back down again has so far been unique to XRP itself. It is just now hovering around $1.09 as it ponders a return to above $1.20 again, or another visit below $1
