Ripple (XRPUSD) backs off from new interim high

Earlier today Ripple (XRPUSD) managed to make some further progress as it rose above any resistance in place around the noted 0.2550 level. That upside break took the price to as high as 0.2585. It might have been stops that triggered the move higher, but the lead Alt coin was already in the ascendancy beforehand and certainly outperforming many of its larger peers anyway. However, the break higher has just now run out of steam a little as it drifts back below 0.2550 again. The longer term outlook is still positive, but in terms of the latest moves, still corrective to the previous fall back from above 0.30, to below 0.23. As noted previously, levels around 0.2290 are guarding the downside and all the while that level remains intact then the outlook is mildly positive. However, beyond the highs seen already today, further resistance is in place around the 0.2750 level. XRPUSD is just now trading at 0.2510
