Whilst the overall price for Ripple (XRPUSD) is pretty much unchanged today, it is outperforming many of its lesser Alt coin rivals as it is mildly positive on the day where many of those are not. Yesterday, it held inside the wider range set on Sunday and did make some headway as it continued to edge its way above 0.2450. Earlier today it almost threatened to trade above 0.25 again, but so far has not managed that. Besides, a break above 0.25 will not be conclusive anyway as it will have to recapture 0.2550 at the very least to make a technical case for reigniting the uptrend. Hence, the wider 0.2290-0.2550 range as outlined here yesterday remains intact again today. The longer outlook is still positive, but the risk of a deeper corrective retracement will remain in place and increased if that lower level is penetrated. XRPUSD is just now trading at 0.2472
