Ripple (XRPUSD) shies away from rise above 0.26

Yesterday it was noted here; that there could be some more upside for Ripple (XRPUSD). Well, as the day progressed that is exactly what unfolded. The price rose above 0.2550 and lifted to as high as 0.2590 in the early hours this morning. It has since backed away from that high, perhaps after failing to get above the 0.26 handle. That level was not necessarily a target, but certainly a resistance point that needs to be cleared if this current upside run is to continue, closer towards a retest of the recent highs above 0.30. There are other hurdles in the way of such progress, but for now the 0.26 level is the most immediate one to note. Since drifting lower this morning, the price is holding above minor support, in place around 0.2540. Ideally that level needs to hold intact for another attempt at breaking above 0.26. There could be some minor stops below 0.2540 of course, but that cannot be confirmed here. Meantime XRPUSD is just now trading at 0.2560
