The move higher in Bitcoin yesterday saw the lead cryptocurrency move above 11,500 and reach levels just beyond 11,700 as the whole complex made some solid gains, especially in the likes of Ether and Monero. The Alt coin gains were less prevalent though. However, since peaking yesterday, Bitcoin has drifted back down again as it drops back below 11,500 this morning. The move lower is not technically of that much importance yet, but if this current downside run was to extend back below 11,100 from here then it could become so. The level does not look like it is under threat yet and the current slight risk aversion, impacting the wider financial markets, will need to deteriorate quite a bit more before that becomes a great possibility.
