Ethereum (ETHUSD) consolidates weekend gains

Last week Ethereum (ETHUSD) got a boost from the move back above 11k in Bitcoin. That allowed Ether to not only rebound back above 350, but also to reclaim levels above 360. Over the weekend the price built on that positive move as it extended further to the upside, rising above 375. The high posted on Saturday was around 378.50, but it did not extend, and drifted back towards 370 yesterday evening. Earlier today it tried to rise back above 375, but has failed to make any further progress for the time being. The failure of Bitcoin to make a move beyond 11,500 thus far is clearly having a dampening impact on Ether too. Hence, the price is drifting back down again right now. However, and as noted here last week, all the while the price remains elevated above 350, then it should remain on track for an eventual move to test 400 again. ETHUSD is just now trading at 371.25
