Bitcoin lifts to fresh session highs

In recent trading Ether has reclaimed levels back above $3000 and that has been a driver for Bitcoin to do the same in relative terms. In fact BTC is now outperforming Ether as it rises a few moments ago to a fresh session high above 45k. The high set so far has been at 45,510 and it has just backed off from there as this update is being written. The move higher today has also once again lifted back above its 200 day moving average. That is in place right now at 44,935. Now it did rise above this level in weekend trading, but it did not sustain the move. Perhaps this time around it might do so. That remains to be seen of course.
