Ether rebound stalls at $4,500
Yesterday Ethereum (ETHUSD) did make some further progress as Bitcoin reclaimed the 51k handle. The second largest cryptocurrency was already pressing above $4,400 anyway. However, that rise did stall just ahead of what was a notified and next resistance level, at $4,500. The high set was around $4,490 at the start of the Asian session today. It has since slipped back below 4,400 and closer to 4300 this morning. At the same time the relative price between Ether and BTC has moved higher though. It is currently pushing towards 0.90 and is already at all time record highs for Ether. That might help to stem the downside for ETHUSD, but that is also very much dependent upon where BTC trades to from now on and right now that is falling back a little more too. A short while ago BTC rejected another rise above 50k and it is now drifting back towards 49k once again. ETHUSD is currently trading at 4,330
