Ether rebound stalls again at around 1,750
Earlier today Ethereum tried to extend its previous break above $1,720, as it lifted towards $1,750 again. The second largest coin has just topped that level yesterday evening. That came after an earlier drop back below 1720, to test the 1700 handle. The second rebound high seen earlier today was set at around 1,749.25. It has since backed off again. So as you can see it has stalled for the time being up there. However, and despite dropping back below 1,720, the 1700 handle has capped the downside so far this week. So, there you have what looks like a pretty defined, pre-breakout range of 1,700 to 1,750. ETHUSD is currently trading at 1,728.65
