Ether/Bitcoin trade continues to make gradual progress
Earlier last week I ran an update on the relative performance of Bitcoin and Ethereum over the past year. In that update it was clearly outlined; just how much better Ether had preformed over that period in percentage terms relative to Bitcoin. Well, this weekend the convergence between the two has continued, as Ether once again outperforms it major rival. That was well demonstrated by the fact that Ether held its ground above $2,500 even as Bitcoin dipped below 35k earlier today. The number of traders and investors now favouring Ether over Bitcoin is still increasing and that should continue to support the closing of the price gap in dollar terms between the two leading coins. Granted there is still a huge gulf between them, but as noted here last week; that gap is gradually narrowing
