Ripple (XRPUSD) falls back below 0.24

Yesterday Ripple tried and failed to make any progress above 0.25 even as the immediate outlook looked like such a move was possible. The relapse since late yesterday evening has seen the price fall to around 0.2385. A subsequent rebound earlier today failed to get back past 0.2450 and is partly why the price is struggling again right now. The immediate chart configuration is not particularly encouraging either, unless a move to back above 0.2450 can unfold at the least. Consequently, the current short term chart dynamic is now erring on the downside and that could see the price extend a drop below 0.2385 from here. There is little doubt that Ripple is also tracking the performance of the lead cryptocurrency too and that is adding to the downside pressure right now as it continues to trade sideways with a slight negative bias below 10,800.
