XRP still holding above $1 but further gains seem hard fought

It has been a few days since there was an update here on the progress of Ripple (XRPUSD). Well, since then the price has fallen back from the most recent high at $1.0998. The low seen since was reached on Monday when the leading alt coin based out at around $0.9750. That has been followed by a rebound to as high as 1.0775 reached earlier today. This latest move higher has not threatened the high seen On Monday and until it does there will be doubts that remain. The overall direction remains positive in the longer term. That is especially the case all the while the price remains above the 100 day moving average (still rising and currently at 0.9662). However, a little higher up there still remains some divergence between that and the 50 day moving average which is heading in the opposite direction. In the short term though, further upside is envisaged. XRPUSD is currently trading at 1.0455
